Looking back, I feel blessed to have had such a rewarding and successful corporate career. For more than 20 years, I was challenged, grew as a person, led teams of amazing people, and learned so much about business and how organisational ‘systems’ work, from the inside…out. I can honestly say I achieved things I never thought were possible earlier in my career.

When I decided to move on to my next career as a coach and consultant, it didn’t take me long to decide on my coaching specialty – leadership and careers.

​

For me, the decision was easy. I simply reflected on what I wish I had access to earlier in my own career so I could help to make the path easier (and quicker) for others.

​

I spent a decade as a busy executive working in multi-billion-dollar organisations and made plenty of great decisions. But, when it came to my career, I also make some mistakes.

​

There were times in my career when I felt ‘stuck’. I lacked the confidence, knowledge and strategies to take control of my career and leadership journey. I did eventually get there…but it would have been so much better to work with someone to support me and champion my success along the way.

​

I found the same thing on my quest to become a business owner. If I knew then what I know now - I would have saved myself about five years of indecision and torment.
